Many of the skills he acquired from playing soccer: self-confidence, discipline, and being a team player are what helped him achieve his Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus in Management from San Diego State University and a Master's in Business Administration from National University. Carlos is now Plant Manager at Hodge Products. His pass time continues to be soccer as well as volunteering in the community.
