San Diego native and sports fanatic Carlos Salazar grew up playing many sports, but the sport that drove him to challenge his athletic abilities the most was soccer. Many of the skills he acquired from playing soccer: self-confidence, discipline, and being a team player are what helped him achieve his Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus in Management from San Diego State University and a Master's in Business Administration from National University. Carlos is now Plant Manager at Hodge Products. His pass time continues to be soccer as well as volunteering in the community.
